It was a more run heavy offense, correct? Curious how you see the transition going.

I know kids like Dillon Johnson will thrive.

One can assume 2020 is a throwaway year for the program. It will probably take a couple seasons to get the right personnel at State

Leach is gonna process, and then hit the transfer portal hard for QB & WR. Air Raid!

He will pull a rabbit out of his arse and get a qb.

I also think he will be dealing with more athleticism on the OL than he’s used too.

Wazzu has ran for 300 yards on Oregon with Leach. He will run the ball.

I'm not arguing. Expect to lose some current croots and pick up a few players. But you got to give him more than 2 years to win big.

Didn't Gurt sign several 4 star wideouts before he was escorted out?

yes we have several 4* wide outs. Raw talent mainly. hopefully Mike will coach them up. Our signee this class at QB was recruited by Mike to WSU. From the same highschool as Gardner Minshew

I don't believe we'll be that good in 2020 but I really don't give a shite if we win like 3 games or such. We are ok for the long term

How many spots does Leach have to work with?

There are 3 4 star QB's on the roster and an incomming freshman Leach offered and wanted at WSU, the WR group is talanted but has not produced, most of which was due to sceme, think Nick Fitzgerald.

There are some tools there just have to wait and see how long it takes them to catch on to his offense.

The good thing about this offense is how fast the ball comes out of the pocket, linemen can literally just stand there and be in the way for long enough, this is a pretty big equalizer when confronting the Dlines and LB'ers in the SEC.

I am pretty pumped about this because the small schools in the SEC must use scheme most years to compete with the big boys and he is a wizard at that.

Per his old players. Leach’s offense is easier than most high schools

He dominated the PAC 12 so the SEC West will be nothing for him

Won't the teams he's playing against be more talented too? It's all relevant.

That's my coach right there. Met him at a local bar last weekend, and he asked me what I studied. I said I studied plants, and he answered that we need more people like me, saving the planet. 10 minutes later his female companion came over and shook my hand, thanking me again for being such an environmentalist. They went on and left with their PBRs in hand, strolling out into downtown Pullman night life
