I hunt in Mississippi. I have since 1984. Trust me when I say I have plenty of experience dealing with backwater Mississippi idiots that think they can go anywhere they want and go through other people’s lease because they live there. Mississippi is mostly backroads and small towns along the highways. It’s not the most exciting place for a young man to enjoy college life and Starkville isn’t even as big as Lafayette.

Hey dumbass who thinks he knows all Mississippians because he “hunts” here. I don’t know how you hunt but I try to stay away from ppl.

If the size of the college town dictates the schools football success then why doesn’t Northwestern and UCLA dominate the CFB world?

Ever notice how the worst football program in the SEC is in the biggest city?

He has not stepped a foot on our campus, trust me. I remember those on here that did last year posting how beautiful our campus was and how Starkville had grown since last time they came. Let him talk, just shows his ignorance.

If you can’t have fun in college, it’s a sign that you’re the problem and not the city or school. For 3/4 of the years you’re drinking at fraternity houses anyway.

You rank right up at the top of the list as being one of the most ignorant sons-a-bitches on this board, and you ought to be a-goddamned-shamed of that title.

Boy, shut your backwoods coonass up you ignorant frick (you're like 99% of the rest of you filthy fricks and have absolutely zero of that in you). You live in a shithole state, and if not for a handfull of teal and legions of nutria, the rest of your raggedy arse filth would be down in south Mississippi fricking shite up too.

Thank God that out of all the land I own, none is in south Sip where your ignorant asses have setup shop.

Only a fool speaks of that which he doesn't know. You dumbass louisiana hick.

Coonasses that hunt in MS ruin it for all coonasses. You people are a bunch of oil field trash... like the drunk coonass that hit my dad and nearly killed him. Oh look, your hunting license just increased again.

How about a somewhat thick girl with brown hair and rubber boots that doesn’t wear much make up and grew up on a cattle farm?

We have plenty of those

Say what you want about him but I love the guy. Seems like a genuinely good dude.

Can he win in the SEC? Hell if I know, but he'll have some damn good quotes

...as a native Mississippian on the other side, very few "outside" understand our state. Starkville has come a long way with all its new quaint restaurants and shops. I like it. Those should not judge if you haven't even set foot on the campus. Peace lil bro

Starkville has to be the least appealing college town in the SEC.

Baton Rouge is the murder and HIV capital of SEC college towns.

Starkville may not be the greatest college town, but it beats getting dead.

Go hunt in some other state. Problem solved.
