The 4th place Pac 12 team would beat those 5 from the SEC.

If you don't think lsu is dominate physical team then you don't know football. Lsu's oline avg is 320lbs, with a 240 lbs beast running behind a 275 lb GROWN arse MAN. Our fb is bigger than all but two of Stanford's starting defenders.
And that physically dominant team just lost to some finesse team from the ACC.
There's good football everywhere. The SEC's physicality isn't untouchable this year.

As to Stanford or Oregon sodomizing the SEC, you´re very wrong.
They´d do well, especially this year. There are four teams they´d sodomize.
They´d lose some games, as well.
I said they'd sodomize over half the league, and yes they'd murder everyone not named Alabama, UGA, LSU, and Texas A&M.
That's over half.

I could easily see Oregon beating UGA. Oregon-A&M would be first to 100. Oregon might rush for 500 on that Aggie defense.

God you're dumb. Yes a game where 12 lsu juniors had checked out and were basically trying not to get injured for the nfl draft has a lot to do with 2013-14. Lsu has 1 loss in 56 years to the acc. Lsu hasn't lost to a PAC 12 team since 1979.
Also save the ," good football is played in other confs as well" bullshite. I'm not some sec homer. I know Oregon and Stanford could play with any sec. What's funny is even in a down year, the sec is still better. Maybe if the acc had better coaches then y'all could do something with all that talent.

You beat them by 3 points in the biggest game in decades at your stadium under the lights with one of the more outstanding home field advantages I've seen outside of Tiger Stadium in years. If Georgia is not that special then that says more to me about Clemson than anything else.
If Georgia is not that special, and Clemson is, then there should have been a LSU-VaTech '07 type arse stomping from Clemson. Actually, no, Vatech was pretty special that year so scratch that.
First off, please try and find somewhere where I've said Clemson was the end-all be-all because of their victory over UGA. I think it was a nice victory, but I don't think it proves we're some National Championship favorites.
Also, the game wasn't nearly as close as the score appeared. We muffed a punt inside our own 30. We had over 150 yards receiving negated by dropped passes. We were up 10 until we went to prevent defense.
Regardless, a W is a W.

Oregon is a badass team. Stanford is great. FSU and Clemson. But once again, at the end of the year, when these SEC teams have "grown up," we will see the talent begin to showcase itself as these guys learn to play assignment football. Let's see FSU not get physically dominated at the end of the year by Florida such as last year. Let's see Clemson handle USC's front 7 at the end of the year when their young linebackers have grown up.
Or, you're right and this year is an anomaly with a bunch of soft teams and a dearth of talent. The recruiting services have just had a bad cycle.
FSU and Clemson definitely need to step-up at season's end, no denying that. The SEC has had much more complete teams in the past, however. There's not a dominant team in the SEC IMO. LSU, if Mett continues to improve and they find some LBs, is the SEC's best chance, but there's no Alabama this year.
As far as the recruiting, the services make mistakes, and they're also historically geared towards southeastern regions given the high concentration of talent in those areas.
You're crazy if you think Stanford and Oregon don't have talent on par with anyone in the SEC.

Think Oregon is better than Clemson and TAMU can't stop anything while Oregon has a better D.
Oregon - TAMU score would be 55-30 or something.
Again, I think it still comes down to Bama or LSU - those two I don't know how Oregon would do this year.

Stanford vs the SEC
Stanford is just as physical as a top SEC team, but I don't think they have the team speed to match their size and power like an elite SEC team does. If Stanford were in the SEC this year, they'd be a legitimate contender for the title, but I don't think they'd win it.

I would be intrigued to see them play South Carolina or Florida, too. I sure as hell don't think they'd murder them. I think even Ole Miss might give Stanford a pretty good game, but they couldn't hang with Oregon.

Holy shite. The NFL draft and every single recruiting site disagree.

Have you looked where Stanford's defense projects in the NFL?

Right, we ran 100 plays and dominated every aspect of that game with our star WR injured.

None of that shite means anything when you play a team from the ACC every 5 years.

Eh, the Pac 12 is just as good if not better than the SEC this year.

I think Oregon could win 4-5 out of 10 games against either. Oregon is more talented and deeper than ever before.

Exactly, this guy probably has no idea their D could have 8-9 guys drafted off it.

CU is 2-0 and Utah beat BYU. Hell, Wazzu went Auburn and couged their way to a loss. Not sure your bottom feeders are much better.

LSU fans cannot stand excuses...but I never seen more when they explain the Clemson loss.
