Not really? For us anyway.
Hillis
Mcfadden/Jones
Johnson
Davis
JWill
Others:
Lattimore
Dyer
Bama: Just about all of them under Saban
Just off recent memory, not talking about 1000-1500 yard rushers, but we just need a guy or two to come in and share carries with the RBs we have on roster like the guys I listed for us did their freshmen years.

Interedasting. The year we won the chip is the year we ran it over 70% of the time.
DO NOT tell the tiger rant.

Well they wont be asked to be the starter. Jonathan Williams should have that locked up. We just need 1-2 to add depth behind him in case Kody Walker doesn't come back 100%. We also have Nathan Holmes who looks pretty explosive but no way he is ever more than a 5-10 carries a game guy. We need a bigger back to shoulder some of the carries.

Something of interest I noticed while doing this, was the amount of players who got touches running the ball several years ago compared to now. It seems as if as the years have gone on, there is a smaller number of players on each team that get carries.
And LSU was by far and away the leader in getting multiple players touches throughout the year.

They're going to take running Cam from us. Whatever we paid, they'll double it. They are, after all, in the top ten wealthiest football programs or whatever.

Kentucky has hired Texas Tech's Neal Brown as OC so you could probably substitute his stats for Stoops for comparisons sake.

I don't know if yards vs plays run is the more important stat when comparing two. I think you just have to be able to run when the time calls. If you can't run the ball you can't win. It's been proven for decades.

I have a problem with this thread. This is a stats thread and it is not something, as a Bama fan, that I can fap to. Leave the stat threads to Bama fans!

Nick Saban: 64% Run - 36% Pass
9 blow out games this year

Brett Bielema: 68% Run - 32% Pass
2 blow outs.
I expected a few more of wisconsin's games to have been a blow out in order to have a run pass ratio like that.
