Genuinely curious, can someone who works in restaurant management or marketing explain why “Grille” instead of “Grill”?

If it were "Grill" you'd get a bunch of people showing up in jean shorts and tank tops

Presumably because of Gatorade. They pushed Coke off campus several years back.

Ngl I bet this restaurant is extremely good.

Spurrier was really hands-on with the whole process. He personally interviewed every applicant. Everything was done to his liking. All of the ingredients are locally sourced, and all of the seafood must be caught the same day it's served. The chef is top-notch.

The food is a bit pricey, but it's standard for a fancier restaurant. I wouldn't be surprised if this was the best restaurant in all of Gainesville - seriously.

Just guessing that you don't need to add salt to anything.

Oh I was just kidding around about the Coors. I think it will be a great place to eat if you can get a table. Shula's was excellent. Is it no longer around?

Seems the HBC wants to keep the local rabble out of his restaurant.

This restaurant is for people who like to shop at Whole Foods - which means it's probably really good.
