The only player in SEC history to rush for over 1,000 yards and receive for 500 yards in a single season. Yeah, he was terrible.

Arkansas's entire shite defense from last year that somehow managed to hold our offense to only 17 points. Miles also has alot of blame though for not feeding LF7 more than he did that nigh

well fortunately for us lsu is so pathetically one-dimensional that us having a pretty badass run defense was all we needed. sorry les is adamantly against having a good qb.

Florida fans from '99 can say that too. He wasn't a bad QB...most of the time very serviceable.

I'll give you the others, but Garrett Gilbert?

15/40, 186 yards, 2 TDs, 4 interceptions in a game Texas lost? You would have been yelling for Coker to be benched last year with those kind of stats.

Kenny Irons for AU.
Got off the bus saying he was going to get 200+ against a stout LSU d, and actually did it.

I was going to post this name right here. They didn't win but good Lord it looked like this kid was the next Manning against us. Shoved onto the biggest stage imaginable as a freshman and shined like a diamond against a monster defense. Weren't many that could boast they played in a National championship game as a freshman and looked like a million bucks in the process. How could he not be a star the next year?

Going back in time.........

We lost to Mitch Mustain. I mean, it was just once, but still, that was bad.

I mean - Gilbert basically had a good quarter and a half. He made 7-8 pretty good throws, but he also had a miserable 1st and 2nd quarter and then second half of the 4th quarter.

That isn't an indictment of him, he was a true freshman with no experience, but I wouldn't call what he did "lighting it up".
