1999 @ Arkansas. Lost 14-9 coming off our first loss of the season at Alabama the previous week. It was such a hard game to watch

1980 Sun Bowl loss to Nebraska - not a big deal but I hated Nebraska so much I wanted to see them get beat by us

2014 Egg Bowl, God frick that game man

Auburn and the refs not enforcing the rulebook or pedantically reading the rulebook to benefit Auburn

name a more iconic duo…you can’t.

One I remember as a kid wayyy back the 1973 matchup Bama and Notre Damn. Hell of a game back and forth after Bama does ZERO in the first quarter they figured ND out and they got rolling.

It's an interesting watch, Howard Cosell trying to do a college game and he was awful LOL it ends up 24-23 ND in a heartbreaker.

Ara Parseghian vs The Bear in the old Sugar Bowl. Tulane Stadium I think it was.

Even I sided with Bama against ND in that game... ND is the North's poster child of an obnoxious drunken Catholic fanbase

Lol what?

They just straight up beat everyone.

I’m guessing you are too young to have actually watched them.

3 point win @Moo State
3 point OT home win against Clemson. Trailed by 17 at one point.
3 point win @Kentucky. Game winning FG on the last play of the game.
1 point win @Alabama. Trailed by 24 at one point.
3 point win for the title vs Oregon. Game winning FG on the last play set up by a “nobody blew a whistle so I’m gonna take off again” run by Michael Dyer.

They were very good and legitimately won the title but 2019 LSU/2020 Bama they weren’t. As many Auburn fans have said, without Cam they were a 4-5 loss team.

A&M at Baylor 2004.

First loss to those frickers in 21 years.

I burned the A&M shirt I was wearing that night.

Really interesting how Saban had a completely inexplicable losses in his first year at LSU and Alabama.

In the UAB loss, LSU turned the ball over 4 times.
You don't win games that you throw 4 interceptions.

2010 Iron Bowl, and the 2013 Iron Bowl.

We were smoking them in 2010 and let them back in the game. Watching the comeback was like dying a slow painful death.

In 2013 we were playing for our chance to three-peat and blew it. Not just with the kick six, but with the way we played the entire game. We made error after error after error and we should have been able to win it in regulation but we didn't. Hats off to Auburn.

Games from recent memory

JoMo's scrimmage at Tennessee in 2019. Tennessee was begging us to take charge. Pitiful display in many ways.

JoMo's attempt at Auburn last time around. Talk about a guy that was totally clueless on the sideline. I felt homicidal after the first quarter. Luckily I don't care that much anymore.

Mullen's khaki shorts loss against South Alabama wasn't a good move.

Too many to recall probably

Unless you're playing against Kevin Sumlin. In 2019, Hawai'i had a -7 turnover margin against Arizona and still WON 45-38.

I think history should be righted and agree with everyone else that, yes, in fact, Auburn did lose to Arkansas last year.
And Ole Miss, too.
