Without a doubt the most productive Mississippi HS football program over the past 10 years, "The University" of South Panola has long been thought of as a pipeline for Ole Miss players. The HS has produced 3 NFL picks in the past 10 years, but outside those 3 all other players who have signed with OM have either failed to qualify, dropped out, or transferred.

Can't the same be said for a lot of MS high schools? Most of the kids are really talented, but always seem to come with qualifying issues, work ethic issues, or some other kind of baggage.

Seriously, the hate is strong with State fans. Never in the history of ever, have I seen a fan base with such little bro syndrome. And it's really not even merited. Why do y'all feel so threatened all the time? We fricking suck right now.

MS public education, especially at a place that treats football players like superstars. They assume that if they play football grades don't matter and Pogue DGAF.

Oh.. And Bundy, this site is the equivalent of Bleacher Report, so please don't link their bullshite again. You might as well link to a post on SixPack.

That is the most butthurt article I've read in a while.

And FYI Nick Parker looks to be getting some good pt this year since we're so thin and he's dropped over 20 pounds in the offseason

Because some keyboard jockey wrote an article trying to put the SPanola pipeline to OM in a bad light, State fans are insecure? We just want some of that action...

Bundy are you trying to say all the non qualifiers that Mullens recruited would qualify at State?

Don't be pressured in to going to Ole' Miss. You need to make a decision for yourself and not be swayed by the senseless recruiting efforts to get you to commit to a school that you don't want to.

Regardless almost 30% of our signees from USP in the last ten years have made it to the league. Pretty fricking strong.
