Clemson's recruiting is as crooked as a cur dog's hind leg and everyone knows it.

Everyone but the NCAA, it would seem.

Pretty funny you cheated to get a recruit and he laughed all the way to Clemson to spill the beans on your cheatin' asses.
Y'all need to quit all this cheating. You're making our state look bad.

eta - breaking news!

Associated Press8:11 PM ET1 Minute Read

CLEMSON, S.C. -- Clemson coach Dabo Swinney said reserve defensive back Andrew Booth Jr. will face no additional punishment for punching a Louisville player last week.

The freshman punched Trenell Troutman during the second half of Clemson's 45-10 victory. Booth was ejected for unsportsmanlike conduct and will miss the opening half of the next game, against Boston College on Saturday, in accordance with NCAA rules.

Swinney said Tuesday that Booth has apologized to the team and handled things well since. Swinney added that he has not had problems before with Booth, who has "money in the bank with me.''

Swinney said Booth rode back to campus by bus with managers instead of flying home with his teammates.

Booth is from Dacula, Georgia, and was rated a five-star prospect by several recruiting services.

Swinney clearly reminding the young man who's paying him.

They should receive another year of probation over bitching over the refs in a game that was that was all-around poorly officiated, it was not one-sided.

But South Carolina fans only started watching football when Spurrier arrived, so they don't know much.

Hate to tell you this but NCAA rules as of a couple years ago are 50% or more test positive will cause the entire team to be tested. Number seems high but there are protocols in place for PED use. Plus to be honest I’m not sure how serious the NCAA is about PED use when so few athletes are tested anyway

It's such a shame that South Carolina can't do it the right and honorable way like their big brothers in the upstate.

These aren't even meaningful penalties at all, nor is texting recruit outside of whatever arbitrary timeframe a meaningful infraction.

Member when "whitney-gate" was some weird big deal to clemson fans? I member.

Big. fricking. Deal. No. One. Cares.
