We always used to start the season with a Thursday night game
Last time for us was 2016 against Vandy

Was coming from UT to see the game. Was hoping to take the kid to his 1st game. Won't be able to make it now. Totally bummed.

I live in Tampa. Thursday is the worst day to move it to for me, there's no way I'll have power to watch it.

It's the right decision, but damn I have to be up at 5 AM Friday morning for work. Hopefully I can at least make the first half at the stadium.
