Can’t sub if you run quick tempo, or they can take their time. They aren’t going to give the offense 12 men on the field on the defense bc you subbed and snapped fast.

Agreed. D should only get to sub in within 10 seconds of the O subbing. So of the O subs wiith 25 seconds then there should be no more subs from the D after the 15 second mark.

When someone subs on offense, we walk our defensive subs out. There is no rule you have to run off. That would favor the up tempo offenses.
