He apparently just missed the 250 and is getting his fourth star sometime tomorrow.

We take one or two WR

Boone/Wright/Fobbs/Reed/Ambles

A DE

Smith/Ego/Delvin Jones

Maybe a Dt/LB

Quarles DT
Parker LB
Owens(longshot/noshot)

Wildcard

possibly Seastrunk Palardy or Morgan Moses

Seriously is Shon Colemen really a 5 star prospect in the eyes of SEC coaches? He has to be the least fought over 5 star recruit in SEC history. He is trying to shop himself around and LSU, Florida, Alabama all are basically ignoring him. I am not saying he is not going to be a great player for Auburn or whomever. But a 5 star tackle prospect that cannot get top tier sec teams to pursue him. What is the deal?

Since so many Auburn and Bama fans pay for that premium shite, they bump up the star rating of every potential commit that they're going after.

It's pretty simple

Jake Holland's afro means his helmet will pop off repeatedly , raising his concussion potential and therefore delayed his 4 star staus. Reliable source.

We MAKE room for him. Too good of a player, too much of a need for us.

Personally I don't think LSU needs him. He's talented but we have a lot of young tackles and Collin and Robinson coming in next year's class. We need a wr,de and lb.Back to Coleman,he has a strong interest in Miami.Alabama was also very hard after him earlier but once they had Stone and Arie K. locked up they let him go.Word was that if Bama wanted he would be there.

I also think he stays with Auburn but the thought of him looking around is not a Bama rumor.I've seen quotes of him saying he is a soft commit.

I thought it was a bit odd too about how he wasn't being that heavily recruited. On the other hand you have Owens who's a four star who I think both Alabama and LSU would have been happy to get.

Coleman is said to have been an Alabama fan growing up, and his high school head coach, Scott Samsel, has sent a number of players to Alabama in the past.

And? He has also sent player to AU. We actually took a chance on a 2star recruit because of Samsel, and it worked out great for us. And that 2star will probably start over 50 games at AU.

And Coleman will redshirt to fill out somemore, then be a 4 year starter as well.

The point being, that if there's room, Coleman is certainly a possibility to Alabama. Personally I don't think it will happen, but Coleman seemed pretty high on Alabama in the early going.

That's jumping the gun quite a bit.

That being said I don't buy into the nobody else wanting him angle. Teams may have a guy or two higher on the list but he's on a lot of teams' lists.

then took a visit midseason and nothing really came of it...

IMO, if you guys are going hot and heavy after Coleman then I'm feeling real good about our chances with Stone.

I don't think you can go wrong with Stone, Arie, or Coleman. Those guys will start plenty Iron Bowls in the future if they choose either side.
