I've covered the OU-Texas game a few times in the past. Unique? No. Georgia-Florida is also split down the middle.

Name another game of any significance where the fans are split at the 50.. that is very different than GA-FL.. That is unique.

Both teams have a HFA on one side of the field at all times.. I would even argue that those 45,000 fans are louder than 100k at DKR. I can't speak for Memorial Stadium as I haven't been..

Also newsflash: ou and uta fans constantly suck each others dicks

They don't have dicks.

But I think it's true to some degree that we can come together to laugh at aggot on a regular basis, like what's going around twitter from aggotland today.

Why do you do this to yourselves?

Just wait.

In the next year or two, Del Conte will start lobbying for the conference TV money to be paid out based on viewership.

Split at the 50, yes, OU-TX is now unique.

However, UGA-UF used to be the same way -- EXCEPT while the WLOCP was also split at the 50, the stadium was divided into 4ths with splits at the 50 AND in the end zones. It got way too out of hand with all the fights, etc. Split in half meeting only in the end zones has proven safer for the fans.

You know that is one person making a post.

I guess every OU football player punches women in the face like Joe Mixon? You know... since we are dealing in generalites and all.

But don't let me hold you back...

RRR is a ho-hum experience for a football game. Different because of the state fair, but it just isn't all that hostile of an atmosphere. I wouldn't call it a rivalry at all.

This is already being worked on by the drunk (Del Conte) and Snakey behind the scenes.

Have you ever been to a true rivalry game? The RRR definitely isn't it.

"Conte" is the loser that can be seen stumbling down the street at the little pre-game fair before every Texas home game.

The Big 12 began with rules like this. All of the members voted for it, including Texas A&M. Still, aggies complain.

All of the Big 12 member institutions voted for schools to retain their own tier 3 rights and to do with them as they wish, including starting their own networks. Texas A&M voted for this. Still, aggies complain.

In fact, on every single vote about rules that ever occurred in the Big 12, Texas and Texas A&M always voted the same, every single time. Still, aggies complain.

No one around here believes aggie predictions of doom and gloom about Texas joining the SEC because everyone has figured out that Texas A&M is its own worst enemy.

Looks you are the only one complaining sneezy.

All this complaining yet you never said I was wrong. Del Conte even mentioned this in a podcast he did with Chip Brown not too long after it was announced that the donghorns were joining the SEC.

I don't see a problem. It's the only SEC rivalry now with 2 blue blood programs.
