Yes but if you don't have the defense to stop a pounding run game or a ball control offense he's not going to be successful.

Wouldn't have an issue with this at all. Mike Leach has some boss after game interviews lol

You speak the truth sir. If Arkansas wants to compete we need a niche. Players would want to come play in that system. Arkansas has the money, facilities, support but not the recruiting. Give us Leach and you may see Petino 2.0.

Now that would be some fun shite --- Plus he would win some games for them. Somebody like Arky or Ole Miss

Really?This shite AGAIN?

Please God,isn't there some sort of limitations on how many times the SAME topic gets posted repeatedly?

He'd roast more than half that league right now with Wazzu players.

His best team ever at TT was "roasted" by an above average Ole Miss team in the Cotton Bowl and while he put up numbers as OC for UK the Hal Mumme years at UK
would hardly be considered a success

BTW he didn't much of a job prepping Tim Couch for the NFL.

That idiot doesn't want to coach in the SEC. He's never "said" it but he's a small time, no pressure program kind of guy.
That style doesn't win the big games anyway.

Petrino 2.0 is exactly what I would be hoping for if I were an Arkansas fan (minus the motorcycle shenanigans). He'd be an obvious upgrade over the current state of the program. Arkansas games used to draw viewers outside the Ozarks.
