Most bama fans are scared to admit it but his OC hire is very questionable
AU4real35, Alabama with all its players coming from # 1 recruiting classes is the key to Saban's winning games.
The assistant coaches come and go and have been for years.
Recruiting and development are the keys to his process and success not his coaches or his on the field coaching.
I am not tying to say his on the field coaching is bad just on par with plenty of other coaches, his player talent puts the Alabama team over the top.
Alabama is not going to win the title every year but will contend as long as the recruiting at the top level continues.

You are obviously correct. I find it difficult to believe that people of "normal" intelligence don't realize this....or is it that their envy and jealousy won't allow them to be honest with themselves about their failures to successfully compete against him and his teams?
