Alabama and LSU styles are similar. That's why the games between them are always close. They pound the ball on offense and let the defenses take care of business. I just think UGA would have let Notre Dame in the game more than they should be.

We would have picked our score just like Bama did.

Georgia is an extremely talented state and could be a monster with the right coarch.

This seems to be a popular opinion but my question is if their 2nd best coach of all-time can't turn them into this 'monster', then who can?

Notre Dame did not have the o-line and RB's Bama had. And our offense was much more balanced then Bama's. There were even ESPN talking heads saying Bama would be the better match up due to our style of offense

He already edited this out because he sounded like a fricking retard. Maybe a few more edits and the OP can actually make some sense.

They really could. They're right there with Richt. It's not like they weren't in the SEC Championship Game this last season.

The right coach would have to be Saban-esque though.

He's pretty bad at math too
Richt has 2 SEC titles and Georgia has 12 SEC Titles
Yet somehow 2 is half of 12

Who know maybe Richt will back into a title like Miles. Miles should have 3 titles by now.

I would expect more of the same at UGA with the coach after Richt.

There's no reason to assume that they go backwards.
There's no reason to assume that they become UCLA (basektball reference) and string off a ton of championships.

Equally as important as the head coaches are the coordinators.
That's where most programs cycle with ups and downs.

Tennessee fans really love clinging to this Richt=Fulmer thing. The only losing season (hell the only truly bad season under Richt) was in 2010, and he followed it up with back-to-back SECCG appearanes.

As for the 07 and 09 wins (woopdy doo!) we've strung off 3 wins straight against UTk since Richt cleaned house on the defensive side of the ball before the '10 season, so... It's a stupid, invalid comparison and I'll ask you to stop making it.
