Not to mention these are the same players that made Saban say frick it, not worth it and retired. You pretend like DeBoer inherited 2015 Alabama, but I'm not that dumb.
Saban had those kids 1 play from a natty.

DeBoer is about to have 8 losses in 2 seasons . And 4 of those are to very bad unranked teams Brian Kelly never even had 8 losses in 2 seasons. That’s a legit concern
They’re attempting to put lipstick on a pig.
Watch the tape of their offense against Oklahoma, Auburn, and Georgia. They have been figured out offensively and don’t have any answers.
No one is brining any extra players to stop the run. They’re all sitting in cover 2 deep safeties or a cover 3 zone. All that’s left is short/intermediate passes if the o-line holds up but a lot of the time they aren’t.
Grubb had some innovative stuff earlier in the year but now the tricks are on tape and they aren’t working.
Their side of the bracket of potential matchups all have top 10 defenses with Oklahoma, Indiana, Oregon, and Texas Tech.
They’ll need a complete renaissance to look functional.

Absolutely.
It's actually hilarious to watch the same Alabama fans who constantly bashed Brian Kelly make excuse after excuse for Kalen.
Despite any talent misgivings, he definitely took over a better situation than BK.

DeBoer has shown he can win championships and playoff games.
Now do Brian Kelly.

Seriously, you do know Alabama will do the same should the Tide have a similar season next year?
You mean make the SEC championship game and squeak into the playoffs?

Watching fans of a 7-5 LSU team try to throw shade at a team that just played in the SEC championship and is in the CFP is peak Rant clown show.

#4 Defense
#12 Defense
#11 Defense
And our offense wasn't bad against Oklahoma. We had 3 drives over 70 yards for a TD. It was special teams and turnovers that killed us. I was actually feeling pretty good about our offense. And then we lost our starting TE in the middle of the week before the FCS game. Absent both for Auburn and Georgia.
Then against Georgia, we were missing our starting RB as well, among other injuries.
To make things worse, we have played the 4th toughest schedule this year which means none of our backups have been getting to play in garbage time, and our starters are even more worn than others.

It wasn't tricks, it was an offense that wasn't injured to hell and back.
Our true weakness is with edge speed rushers.

BK got blown out in a SECCG too. I can probably find you posting about it, if I look hard enough. He maybe makes the playoff in 2023, if it was 12 teams also.
It's hilarious watching the tables turned.

LSU got worse every year he was at LSU.
Alabama has improved in the 2 years DeBoer has been here.
This is why people make fun of you.

Your team even healthy isn’t built to beat the team you played Saturday.
Oh yea stop bitching about injuries, everyone had them
Or learn to win when you are injured. Either way, shut the frick up d

LSU went from 4 losses to 3.
Alabama is going from 4 losses to....4, unless they win out.
Congrats to Kalen.

Interesting that you're changing it up now.

Again, LSU declined every year he was there. I'm not sure what point you are trying to make here.
Alabama improved this year. 1 less regular season loss, a SECCG apperance and he did it on the 4th toughest schedule in football.
I don't think people understand what that 4th toughest schedule actually means. An elite team is expected to have 2.97 losses on Alabama's schedule, they have 3. Good enough for 10th on the FEI SOR, meaning only 9 teams in college football have a positive score. And all their SoS are basically 1+ less losses expected.
Meanwhile in 2023, LSU even after it's bowl game had the #35 schedule with only 1.42 expected losses. Alabama's played a near twice as difficult schedule. LSU lost to every good team they played pretty much.
2024 - #25 with 1.77 expected losses, a full 1 less. 9-4
The only year he had a tough schedule was the first year with the SECCG, and you went 10-4 - but only 1 of those losses was post season.
Clear decline with Brian Kelly, clear improvement by Alabama.

If he has 12 losses in 3 years, gets routed in the championship game again and sneaks in to the CFP only to exit quickly, I’m sure you and 3down10 will be pleased, right?
Not saying he’s a bad coach and won’t start trending in the right direction.
What I am saying is that expectations are different for all programs now. With the amount of money being thrown around, coaches are on a short leash.
