I was told Mullen was a better coach, but he completely blew that game.

Who said he coached better?
I think I had my biggest meltdown on this board because of his coaching after that game

Obviously the on the field results have been pretty good. But really, that's only because he lucked out, Franks got hurt, and Trask was allowed to play. I think he has done a good job rebuilding the disaster that he inherited, but still am not sure if he can get Florida over the championship hump.
Maybe hiring Zook as a recruiter might help?

It took Mullen a bit. Kirby's dad's so well-connected in GA high schools and the Bulldog clubs got the message right away to come with the job offers, loan payoffs, and bag money that he was able to take them on right off the bat.
