ATM lsu is a ranked rivalry game that both teams need desperately now. 9-3 isn’t a guaranteed spot in the playoffs. Plus the way lane left lsu is still a novelty right now. I could see arguments for either being the early game but hardly a slap in the face.

Tennessee can create a hostile environment regardless of game time. LSU can only do it at night. They need the extra help

ESPN's new wall to wall CFB coverage is all Lane, all the time. To be fair though, that'll make their $ back and then some.
