the stud RBs are waiting till season is over to commit. Dyer could commit this weekend. If he does, I will probably get banned for saying I told you so. If we eventually get Seastrunk and Reed, I will probably get banned for no reason, just out of anger by LSU fans.

I think both Auburn and UT will continue to recruit strongly. As for UT, I am just not sure if Kiffin can actually coach up the recruits he brings in. However, you have to give the man sometime to do so before you judge him.

I think a lot of Kiffin's recruiting success is based on a fact that someone already pointed out. He has the ability to tell the recruits they will get immediate playing time and the recruit can see this by just watching UT on tv. When the recruit looks at an LSU, UF, BAMA, and so on, they realize that these teams are pretty deep as it is and immediate playing time is not likely.

This is just my opinion of course.

UT better find a QB or their excellent recruiting will be a huge waste.

They got that 4* qb named bray, but I honestly know nothing about him. His offer list is rather weak, but UT fans keep saying he is a late bloomer, but I would not expect UT fans to say anyting else but something to that degree.

Its a long story...personal reasons.

Nice find though!

(I've got several friends in the coaching business with stories to tell, and a kid who attended the last school he was at. The guy is bad news for the Pinson Valley program)

Rivals does this to build hype. Then sometime before midnight on National Signing Day, Old Saint Nick most undoubtedly comes out on top.

See: LSU's rankings from last year.

Some where in Alabama they are already printing the 2012 recruiting championship shirts.

Come on now, you know that's not true.

Seriously though, Alabama is in the final two for the following 4 star or better players:

Vincent Sanders
Damien Robinson
Arie Kouandijo
James Stone
Jawaun James
Gabe King
CJ Moseley
John Fulton
Keenan Allen
Curtis Carter

We are also in the top 5 for Jeff Luc and Jordan Hicks. We will be fine.

CPA the fact of the matter is the only fricking reason you started this thread was to get a rise out of Bammers.

How do you figure that? We only have 21 commitments. We will probably take 26-27 according to Andrew Bone.

It sucks. I guess Jeremy didn't tell you that my wife passed away on May 2nd. I got reassigned to Mississippi to be closer to home and am now taking care of our two children alone. How goes Pensacola?

Yeah, I remembered. I don't post on the SEC rant often, but I like to read it.

FWIW, I do think rivals does this kind of thing to get the fan bases that care the most riled up (LSU's included). But such is business and catering to your market I guess.

Damn man that is terrible. Prayers sent for real. If it happened before he went to Germany he didn't tell me, and I have only heard from him once since he left. But he is deployed. At least they let you get closer to home. Hope the best for you.

Pensacola has been great.
