Why are you worried about Alabama again CPA? If Kiffin is currently outrecruiting Saban, then he is currently blowing Chizik out of the water. Why would you want to make this thread? Get a life.

But a very weak in-state recruiting base and half the best in-state talent is from Memphis, which might as well be in another state as far as it is from Knoxville both geographically and culturally.
UT has always lived by out-of-state recruiting and that has become more and more difficult to do successfully in the last decade or so--which is why they fell off the wagon.
That is why they brought in Orgeron and he seems to be doing what needs to be done......but I wonder how long he will be happy living up there, Louisiana boy that he is.
Maybe his bond with Kiffin will be enough to make him stay, or maybe not....I guess we will see......

hey moron, I am just trying to say Kiffin is beating the almighty Saban. Chizik still has a lot of spots left to fill. Our class is nowhere close to being done so it is hard to pass judgement.

I am not arguing with you about this. I am comparing bama's good class to UT's good class. Ofg course you Bama flamers want to bring Auburn into this. For you Gumps to say you don't care about Auburn, you sure have me fooled.

Orgeron is good at what he does, but let's not deify him. UT is willing to PAY for staff. They will hire good assistants. I'm not saying UT is gonna dethrone UF anytime soon. But, they will recruit better and be an excellent team in the future.

this is true and Auburn fans will acknowledge this. But why doesn't anybody acknowledge that Auburn has a great chance to finish strong in recruiting because we will with this staff and our teams success.

I acknowledge that Auburn has a pretty good class right now, definitely better than Tubby's last couple efforts. However, we have been hearing for months that one of the 5-star RBs is going to commit any day now and it hasn't happened. You have to understand why everyone is having a hard time believing it.

We bring up Auburn because you, the Auburn fan, start threads about Alabama and how they are other people are doing stuff better. Its mighty hypocritical of you because Alabama and the other team are both doing it far better than Auburn, I just pointed that out to you. You want to flame, than I'll be happy to "flame" even though I wouldn't call my post that at all.
