See, I didn't know that. I don't follow recruiting really. It's what coaches get paid for.

Having success as a team doesn't affect recruiting, I really didn't know.

Not that much obviously if Maryland and South Carolina can pull 5 star guys away from LSU, Bama, UGA, Florida, Ohio State, etc.

Recruiting 17-18yr olds is super weird sometimes.

A 3 star QB that couldn't win the starting job at the only major school that offered him whipped your team like rented mule.

Did anyone let the OP know recruiting is far from over this class?

This was the early signing day for those unaware. Theres another 2 months from now.

Make up your mind. Is it our “best season ever” or are we not winning the NC? Bc we’ve won those before, dumbass.

We know fear when we smell it, and this is the equivalent of farting in a closet.

We have already proved that we don't need the number one class to whip that Bama and Aggie arse.

So many Bama retards!!! It’s the following year that matters

Who told you that? How would you know?

Is your memory that sharp from LSU’s magical two-loss (to Kentucky and Arkansas, mind you) 2007 championship run?

It’s 2019.

In January of 2018, we we won a national championship. “Forever.”

Hurry-cane speaks the truth.... yeah boy!!! Reaux Tide!!! Seriously OP... frick off. What did a1abama's amazing class from last year achieve this year? What... a handful of wins over teams that didn't finish ranked in the top 25? Don't you have some buggies to round up in the parking lot?

There is something to this. LSU has a Heisman QB and they're playing in the playoff.

I expected them to get most of their targets and flip some kids - maybe bringing in one of the top guys at QB. Instead it's underwhelming on the OL with an OK get at QB (not top 200) and no RB unless they get Evans. Granted they did score a big win at WR and also got the best in state kid at the position.

This should be the springboard class, but all in all I would consider this class is a minor disappointment.

They signed two blue-chip RBs last year. They signed a 5 Star tight end. They signed (another) 5 star corner. They signed a ton of defensive guys which was needed with the guys they could be losing. LSU could lose the majority of their defensive starters after this season. If a bunch of guys don’t declare, LSU could return most of the two deep on the OL. They actually did a pretty good job of filling positions of need. And hard to complain about a top 5 class.

Does having a Heisman QB (now or ever) affect recruiting?...because if so, A1abana is fricked.
