Whoever came up with that number can’t do 5th grade math.

LSU succeeded expectations

Exceeded?

but y'all act like it was unbelievable feat that will be repeated by a 18th ranked LSU with more questions than answers.

Rankings don't really mean shite.

There's a 50/50 shot this team is good or bad, all depends on how the new coordinators pan out.

Can't under-sell a team with LSU talent. I do refuse buy this underdog narrative some LSU posters are trying to peddle.

We didn't start that narrative.

According to a lot of the media and most of this board, LSU football is a dumpster fire and will be lucky to win 8 games this season.

You mean like Hurts and Tua ? FTR I’m all for it. Had Saban not made the moves he did y’all would have lost both those games

So you're saying Brennan led his team the national championship appearance the year before and when he left the field his team was winning then proceed to win the next 14 games before being relieved of his duties? Totally "like" the same scenario with LSU QBs...

No . I guess the first thing I’m saying is to quit acting like a douchebag. The second thing I’m saying is EVERY qb should be looking over their damn shoulder. If they aren’t getting it done then put someone else in. I remember a National Championship game in 2011 that a stubborn grass eating coach refused to make the same critical call and never gave his team a chance. Would the outcome have been different? Who knows. The defense played well enough that game , but the offense couldn’t cross the 50 yd line.

Well they kinda do, yes if you win you move up. 1 team outside Top 15 in Preseason rankings has won a title in the last 25 years.

Please link any media outlets that has you at 8 wins or less, outside of few trash posters who on this board exactly? As I recall from a few LSU schedule threads most posters had y'all at 9 win 10 if things go right.

Hell y'all are favorite in every game before your bye leading into the Bama game.

For every 2019 thread we can bump one in 2020 with LSU posters running their mouth about how good LSU was supposed to be.

It will be 10% by October, then 20% in November, then 25% in November and stay like that until the natty. Then, they will give LSU a 30% to beat whoever they face in the natty. After LSU lifts the trophy, the media will change it to 100% chance and will be considered experts.
