Never heard of it until just now.
If they had a location in San Antonio, I would try it. I'll be there and in Dallas at the end of the month but I'm not driving out of my way for chicken fingers. I somehow doubt Layne's is worth driving out of my way for. Their DFW locations are out of my way on this trip.
Cane's, OTOH, is all over San Antonio.
