So let me get this straight - please help on the analysis

The first game of the season butt-raping to a shite team shouldn’t be weighed because hey - it’s the first game we all frick up.
The last game of the season scraping by a paltry rival should actually HELP you because you went for it on 4th and 2?
The championship game butt-raping shouldn’t count because no team in a championship should be punished (oh and you went for it on 4th and 2 and got curbstomped).
How do you square this - what fricking games matter anymore?

All Alabama had to do to get in the playoffs was keep the game respectable and not take an arse whooping. But shite sometimes happens, I guess.
