What would Meyer gain by this?
He openly talks about cheering for the kid and how happy he is to see him turn a negative situation into a positive one.
This is just a bogus story people are using to deflect attention.

Didnt meyer say a couple of weeks ago that it was hard for him to watch what Cam is doing at AU?

He said it, now after it got out, the UF athletic dept tried to come in and clean it up by saying he meant 'that he didnt have enough time' to watch Cam. But if you saw the video, it's clear how he meant it. Searching for the video.

Is Jerry lee an auburn guy? If so, he starting a rumor based on a flawed theory. Irregardless, this is auburns problem not Meyers. They should defend themselves instead of deflecting attention away from the issue at hand. This looks awfully bad. It reminds me of a guy who commits a crime and blames the person who turned him in instead of looking in the mirror.

Some of you're fricking retarded. If Auburn cheated, they DESERVE to get in trouble. No matter who the frick ratted on them. You snooze you fricking lose. You cheat in college and get caught, you get expelled. You cheat by paying players in the NCAA, you get investigated and in trouble. I'm not saying Auburn cheated, but if Meyer had anything to do with this, and it turns out Auburn indeed cheated, good for coach. Auburn needs to be held ACCOUNTABLE for their actions.

Cam wasn't good enough out of High School to warrant any money thrown his way. He did a ton of developing as not only a player, but a person between Florida and Auburn.

Makes perfect sense if true. Urban looks like an absolute fool right now for annointing Brantley as the heir apparent over Cam so he's trying to cover his weak arse before he has to meet Cam in the SECCG and end up back in the hospital.
