biggest thing I saw Grassyl was: The Department of Justice in July began notifying various politicians, reporters, lobbyists and others that their conversations may have been picked up during wire taps. The phone taps occurred during a 38-day period this spring when the Alabama Legislature was considering a gambling bill.

True. But there are ways around that -- one example is the NCAA doesn't need it to be released per say, and it can be put in conjunction to what they already have and be a force in what they ultimately decide. NCAA law enforcement is much different and the mediation between the two branches offers up some interesting loopholes for justice to be served.

Actually Cam slapped me in the face like a girl, then Fairley pounded the shite out of me. On the bright side, I think he tweaked that shoulder pile driving me into the burning toilet paper, which was nice.
