I was clearly wrong. Vanderbilt played with a lot of heart. Clearly outplayed us tonight. We made the plays when it counted though (with the help of the refs 
).
We've got a LOT of things to work on or it's going to be a long year.
Big questions at QB, WR, OLine, and secondary. We better fix these things fast too. But alas, it is the first game and hopefully we come out fired up the rest of the season.

It's not the players, It's the coaching. It's time to face the facts. Spurier is done. When y'all lined up in the Power I and ran it up the middle, you gained 5-10 yards a play. Why wasn't this done the entire game? What was the random shotgun hand offs to the outside? When you have a 3 inch and 50lb advantage on the other team up front, you bully them. Spurier did exactly the opposite of what his team is built for. Find a new coach or get used to this.
