Interesting, I don't guess you watched him beat UGA last December. Dan Enos did a great job with Jalen.

Dan Enos is an excellent QB coach.

Ah...so now we’re putting Houston’s defense on par with SEC defenses. The hottest of takes.

Houston ranked 126 out of the 129 teams in total D in the nation last year with a new HC that is infamous for not giving a shite about fielding a Defense.

Hurts is a solid QB for sure but I am not sure this is the type of performance you should be pumping up.

Dan Enos did great with Jalen.
Riley is doing great with Jalen.

Saban pre-Tua did not.

What is the denominator here?

Saban's a good man. Yes, he develops young men but in the game of football he has fallen short a little of what he could/should have been.

Saban was a great defensive-minded coach but sucks with offenses. This should surprise no one.

Riley picked up where Enos left off and polished it up, his release has never looked so good.

Its HOUSTON.

Hes gonna put up big numbers all year because he wont play a single defense with a pulse and will do it for a coach who enjoys running up the score.

Defense is optional in the Big 12 (X).

TCU & OU have opted in; jury is still out on t'other X (8).

You can’t blame Riley

Just get crazy stats against weak competition for your QB.

Get them into the heisman conversation

Get them into the draft conversation

Recruit more stud QBs

90% of LSU fans are blowing Burrow for throwing all over a FBS school but Jalen cant get credit for his his performance vs the same competition?

Gotta love the LSU fan logic

He's had two RBs win the Heisman Trophy, two QBs finish #2 in the Heisman voting, and a WR finish #3 in the Heisman voting.

Talk about a low IQ take.

I mean a guy basically runs shop on the sec for two years, sits a year, comes in against Georgia and wins them the game, goes to Oklahoma and looks even better, and despite looking more skilled every year, we don’t think he’s proven himself against legit Defenses?? seems like we’re being a tad unfair.

All 10 were coached by Saban.

#1 is currently the starting QB at Alabama.
#8 is currently the starting QB at Oklahoma.

So are we just going to pretend Jalen wasn’t SEC offensive player of the year as a true freshman and 17-1 in his career as a starter against the SEC?

He could barely throw a forward pass in 2017.
