I mean a guy basically runs shop on the sec for two years, sits a year, comes in against Georgia and wins them the game, goes to Oklahoma and looks even better, and despite looking more skilled every year, we don’t think he’s proven himself against legit Defenses?? seems like we’re being a tad unfair

Not flashy enough I guess, Most QB Struggle against good defense. It's why they are good defenses.

If I got to pick any QB transfer it would be Jalen Hurts. He has improved so much in the last 2 years. Dan Enos is helluva coach and it's only a matter of time until Enos gets a head coaching job. Oklahoma is a qb friendly system. I knew that he would do well there.

Yes, he is. There are a few unbelievably bad takes in here.

He could barely throw a forward pass in 2017.

He had over 2000 yards passing in 17

People are so quick to forget how those yards were accumulated.

90% of LSU fans are blowing Burrow for throwing all over a FBS school but Jalen cant get credit for his his performance vs the same competition?

You can look at my post history, I haven't been one of them.

LSU had a great performance and did what we haven't done in years, Take care and dominate an inferior opponent we were suppose to dominate, and did it moving the ball efficiently (which isn't normal for us). OU and Jalen are doing the exact same tonight like they are suppose to be.

Jalen is playing well tonight as I expected him to.

Most of his critics were from his TF year where he was thrown in to a bad situation that he wasn't ready for. Still SEC Freshman. Yr 2 teams had scheme (not to mention Daboll) and he struggled near the end and then Tua and 26 happened. Year 3 he we would have gotten to see a good year for him but Tua was set in by then. Hurts still a 196 ratings before injury. And looked good vs uga. Anyone not expecting a big year from him this year was clueless.

Remembered that differently. The one team I would not be ok with Hurts playing is LSU. Defense smootheres that offense.

He was a good QB at Bama. Just not as good as Tua. Hope he has a fantastic season.

He struggled throwing to downfield to his left, but has always been good to his right. He was a good sec qb, the stats, wins, qbr, and passer rating all say so. You're just being stubborn.

Hurts first few yrs at Bama he had issues spreading the ball around to all the receivers but we still won in spite of because of all the talent around him.Tua takes over and he's spreading the ball around so it made the offense not as one dimensional. But Hurts has improved his overall passing so much. With OU in that no defense conference he'll be in NY up for the Heisman like the other two before him.And I'm pulling for him until he possibly plays us.
