TW is more of the head coach of this team than the head coach.

The offensive line has got a trementdous decision to make. Do we block for someone who bashes us or do I let him get his butt creamed?

I’ve started to realize why Paul never got that call for a head coaching job. It’s because without bobby he shouldn’t even get an OC job. He is not a good OC

Oh what a difference a couple months make

The talent was definitely there this year for them to make a run...

there isn't much talent on that defense

Developing a big strong running game is the key...
Look at what Texas is doing...big line big RB...they are all going to start following the Bama, LSU, Stanford model...defenses are generally small and fast to cover spread offenses but Miles and Saban never bought into that and now few defenses cannot handle their size and power...
The trend will be gradually moving back to grinding offenses and the quicker you get on board the better the 'shp will be...

This all ties back to petrino. He builds programs without talent and then fricks everything up and leaves you with jack and shite on either side of the ball. If this hire isn't made correctly we will be cellar dwellers for a long time.

I am glad you have finally come to terms with what everyone else has always known.

pretty sure one of them tripped and fell in the way of a bama d linemen at least once during the game. I say at least what I mean is about once per linemen.

So a not top 5 program has a winning record against LSU the last 5 years?

shite happens. LSU performed below their talent level for a couple of years.

For a real perspective of "program" Arkansas is about .400 vs LSU since they joined the conference. That includes the shitty 90's for LSU.

A top five finish doesn't make a top five program. Arkansas by hiring a defensive minded coach may can make that leap, it has every other ingredient.
