There is no confusion here. That play was long over. Of course he's gonna say I did no wrong. Thats bs. He knew good and well what he did. Even talked shite to wiscy players after he did it. It was the dirtiest shot I ever saw by a mile and was at the neck and head area. Very lucky that kid was not seriously injured. Miles wont do anything but the sec will have no choice. A guy like that is dangerous and probably a ticking time bomb.

It is indefensible......the play was obviously dead, whisky guy was celebrating, Boutte clotheslined him, then turned around and celebrated and talked crap....

SEC should enforce a suspension if CLM will not

I think they should put him at nose tackle, personally.

Best hit I saw all game.

You're right.
Next thing we know he will be running around with drugs and illegal guns.
He gotta go!

He will sit for the next game per the NCAA rules. I do agree he should sit another game and maybe the season over that one.

Seeing replays it is so obvious that the dirty hit was out of frustration and poor sportsmanship. He needs at least a 3 game suspension and anything less paints LSU as a dirty azz team. No excuses...just own it and move on. If he were a Gator player Id want the same thing done.

Thought the play was still live. Easy case to defend. He'll be suspended a couple of games. It gives us an excuse to bench him anyways, let one of the younger players step up.

He may not officially be suspended for more than a game but he will not play for a while.

And I'm fine with that.

Kicking off the team for one brain fart is a bit extreme if he's never been in trouble before.

Trust me, Leslie will handle it, no matter what his "official" stance is.

Knowing when to help and when to cut em loose is one of the few areas he is way ahead of most HCs.

Let's be real - most of you here on this website are going to call LSU a dirty team full of thugs no matter what happens with this player.

I don't think he should get kicked off the team but a senior should probably get more than a 1 game suspension.

Although I agree that was a dirty move, I don't understand all these fans of uninvolved programs like OM and Alabama throwing a massive fit over it. It's not like this is the first greasy incident to happen on a football field. Is LSU really that big of a threat?

You're the exact kind of person my comment is targeted at.

Anything like this happens with an LSU player, and you're going to jump all over it - not because you have some real concern for the Wisconsin player or some need to protect the sanctity and sportsmanship of the game, but because it's an opportunity for you to shite on LSU.
