2003 we lost to him twice. Once in Baton Rouge and once in the SECC game
Beat him handily in 2004 at home
2007 beat him in Tuscaloosa in overtime.
2008 lost at home.
We are 2-3 versus a Saban coached team. Not great, but no one is having watery stools as Bamascoop was saying.

Richt has a 3-1 record against Bama, that might be where you got that number from.

Love how everyone uses his first year (particularly LSU fans when comparing him to Miles) as some kind of proof that he isn't that great.
2007 LSU and UGA were the two best teams in the SEC and perhaps the country, and he could have beaten both of them despite having his shittiest team of all at Bama.

While Georgia is certainly not More talented than Bama across the board. Murray being a good qb against our considerably weaker than last year secondary concerns me. We will have to control the ball on the ground and keep him off the field.

I actually think UGA is likely the worst match up for bama aside from A & M. Murray can be a good QB. Better at least than either USC or UF could have put on the field against Bama to exploit their relatively weak secondary.
Not to say that UGA will necessarily win, as Richt vs Saban should be a no brainer, but I think UGA has a damn good shot at it. Much better than they are being given credit for. Bama is not nearly as invincible as people are making them out to be.

I wish he would just keep his big mouth shut. We've beaten no one worth a damn other than Florida. I will believe we have the better team if they prove it on the field in the SECCG.
