What I think op meant was the struggle to keep coaches when your team is at an elite level

True this sucks but I think Bama fans will agree that we'd rather win titles and lose coaches than keep coaches and be mediocre.

If you're a winning program you'll always be able to attract in high level coaching.

When was the last time LSU had a shite DC?

I will watch and cheer on the Bears next season.

Saints fan though so the Panthers thing is a no go for me. At least it wasnt the Falcons though.

Funny how when we were losing our coaches and we said the same thing you just said, you LSU fans gave it no credence.

I hear ya. Unfortunately that is the price of success. The losers on this board want to troll about but people who know these things realize this is what happens to successful season teams.

An old boss/mentor once told me "Good people come and go: the bad ones come to stay" The moral is that if you have good people they will move on to their greater pastures. Just have to patch it up and get back to work.
