You LSU fans really shouldn't diss Fisher since you offered him the LSU job for 2 years, and he's 2&1 vs Orgeron since he's been at A&M
He turned them down multiple times.

The first time the hire was axed by F. King Alexander. Jimbo didn't turn down LSU, but continue with your spin.
Then after I understand Jimbo giving the cold shoulder to LSU the second time around after essentially being left at the alter earlier.

Here's how much money LSU reportedly offered Jimbo Fisher
Adam Spencer | 4 years ago
It was reported on Thursday that Florida State coach Jimbo Fisher turned down LSU’s offer to become the Tigers’ next head coach.
NOLA.com reported that the Tigers offered Fisher an annual salary of $6.8 million to come to Baton Rouge.
Fisher’s 2016 salary with Florida State is $5.2 million. Michigan’s Jim Harbaugh is college football’s highest-paid coach, with an annual salary of $7 million. Alabama’s Nick Saban is a close second at $6.9 million a year.
By showing his loyalty to the Seminoles, though, it’s likely Fisher will get a bit of a pay raise before next season.

They could have had a much better coach. Instead they pay Oregon 7 million.

more spin.
yes Orgeron (not Oregon) makes 7 million/yr after winning a National Title. He didn't make 7 million/yr before winning a national title.

Early is obsessed with trolling LSU, he rarely posts about anything else.
BLG is like a much dumber, generic version of Early.

maybe, but
1) lets not pretend that he didnt build everything last year and some how lucked into it.
and
2) lets not sit here and act like he is a "moron" that makes more in a year then you and 99% of this country every will in life time. some fricking "moron"
lets not forget this is a fricking game and no matter the results, he was able to get an employer to pay him way way more than you ever could and has made 300k plus per year for more than a decade, prolly closer made over 200k for the last 12 or do years and made 6 figures before that. hell he was making 650k as dline coach at usc
Bottom line is in the game of life....he is doing pretty god damn good, much better than all us nerds on here. I hope i grow up and am 58, I am making the kind of jack he is making and my sons are playing college ball like his. I should be so fricking lucky to be that kind of "moron"

You really don't get it uh?
It is called PR spin.
The deal was in place for Jimbo to become head coach at LSU. F. King Alexander shot the deal down after Alleva agreed to the deal with Jimbo.
This is what lead to the weird A&M game where Les thought it was his last game. Brought the whole family on the field before the game and then after the game Alleva makes the statement, "I always wait until the end of the season to judge a coach's season".
But Saturday Down South wrote that article so keep pushing it if you like.
