It snowed in their state last year or the year before and it had a death toll worse than some hurricanes because their utilities are so corrupt and broke they fall apart at the slightest stress.

I feel like this is an unpopular opinion, but I don't like snow. I'm not really much a fan of the cold. I can deal with 40s and 50s, but lower than that is a no go for me.
