You guys are loaded again.

Curious to see what happens with the QB situation and how Kirby handles the coaching changes.

don't know what his draft grade is, but I know he positively loves being in Athens. It may be as simple as completing his degree.

Agreed. Nolan was one of our biggest advocates during his recruiting class. He was actively recruiting all of the 5 star guys he had camps with. DGD indeed.

NSII takes his leadership role on the team VERY seriously. I would love for this to set the trend among the guys who could come out.

Yep. Him and Chris Smith are the leaders on D. Taking over for Nakobe and Jordan.

Nolan Smith has been a bit of a letdown but still flashes crazy athleticism every now and then. Him running down Young in the title game - the speed he showed for a man that large was crazy. Could easily see him having a year that ends in a first-round grade next season.

I agree. He was the number one recruit when we was in high school and hasn't lived up to it. I'm hoping he shows out his senior year.

Lol

Letdown because he was behind Azeez Ojulari (NY Giants record holder for sacks by a rookie) & jermaine johnson (11.5 sacks for fsu last year)?

Georgia had him playing sam linebacker just to get him onto the field prior to this season.

And yet he was buried on the Dawg depth chart on that side of the ball.

That's how we knew this D was going to be filthy.

Muschamp I assume will take over the primary duties as DC. If you look at his background, he always had a safety with ball skills.

I'm somewhat bearish on the defense. The talent is there, but it will take time to materialise.

I don't think you sign two 5 star CBs and not start one of em.

Starks is too good not to start for Cine. I'm expecting either Everette or Singleton to not only take CB2, but also challenge Ringo for CB1.

He is the same player he was at UGA.
You seem to think that UGA players dont go high in the draft.

He did ball at fsu and rack up stats. But the nfl will look at him the same.

Laugh all you want but he’s not performed as expected from the #1 recruit. He’s been solid, sure, but 8.5 sacks through three years probably wasn’t what he or UGA fans had in mind.

We were thinking championship from that #1 2018 class. They delivered.

He looks faster than that midget of a QB that you have. Im sure he will do fine in the nfl.

Why is Nolan returning fir his 6th? The kid is easily a no worse than 3rd rd player. 2nd seems more likely. He is a great talent

It’s his 4th, and he wants to be a 1st rounder

Man o man, with Nolan Smith, Chris Smith, Tylee Smith and Robert Beal all returning, our D is starting to look ferocious again.

Bad news for the rest of the SEC, especially since our offense is likely to be quite a bit better as well.

Nolan is athletic has hell, but he's still developing as a football player.

He needs to add size and upper body strength.
