Only then did Texas ask why is this a penalty but Horns Down is not a penalty. All of this crap started because of stupid refs.

Theres nothing we love more than seeing lesser programs doing horns down in games where we arent even playing them. Its proof that we own permanent real estate in their minds and that our brand is so big we even own other schools celebrations.
