My bad program is more exciting than yours. We never used to make the news unless we were ranked, now we are a daily headline. Mark Stoops at A&M is kinda boring. We need controversy here like LSU loves with BK.

We didn’t poach any of those coaches from lsu like they guy implied, the only poaches from LSU I know of are Chavis and Pat Henry
Just off the top of my head, I know both Tommie Robinson and Austin Thomas went to A&M from LSU.

And you'll write another check ... then get pissed because you didn't write a check that produced immediately.
Mark Stoops is not your answer, don't get me wrong, and put that A&M Ego in check. Which is, honestly, your biggest problem as a program.
You love your football. So does half the Division I programs in America. You're in Texas. Congrats, so is Texas Tech.
frick Me ... its starting to make more sense. A&M hates Texas-Austin. The same way I hated my cousins that looked and acted just like me as a kid.

Hahaha haha, wake up dude!!!

You know that in Texas, kids are fans of Texas schools, most of our transfer go to Baylor, Tech, Okie Lite, Ou, etc.
Why do SEC fans think the state of Texas kids love their teams more just bc Aggie? It’s the craziest thing that you guys that don’t live here think this state, that’s prideful of football, walks around with LSU, Kentucky or Miss State gear lol it makes as much sense as finding Aggies in your home states, it doesn’t happen

You are missing it. Purposely, I'm starting to think.
Paying Jimbo Ten Million, because you're going to start winning suddenly at a National Championship contending clip ... would make no more sense than paying Mark Stoops Ten Million a clip.
And Hell ... Kentucky pays the fricker almost Seven Million a year now. But that's how much it costs to lose to South Carolina, beat a hobbled Florida, and knock off Mike Leach if you have to do it from Lexington.
Yet ... if you say what you believe is true ... then being in Texas, being Texas A&M, gives you no intrinsic advantage. I agree - you are the Florida school that ain't quite Florida.
So write as big a check as you wish. Its not buying wins. Go get as big a name as you think you can splash. That seems to be the mentality.
Its all wasted money. You have to find somebody that fits and can build. It'll take time. That's not what you want to hear.

At the end of the day, do I want a new OC? Yes, but Tom Herman is one guy I’d trust to show results. If you told me, pick 4 OC candidates, I’d need to do research, and probably closer to December, we’re barely half way though and as Ole Miss proved, they hadn’t played a tough schedule till LSU at BR
I’ll be honest, it’s hard to stay interested losing but we are used to it

I'd like Mark Stoops to quit walking over, putting on the head-set in the second half, and suddenly watching the offense slow down. But again, people in Hell would like ice-water.
As long as Jimbo has the head-set, he's going to call the plays.

You get that a 6 win A&M team probably has more NFL talent than an 8 win Kentucky??
As much crap as I can give an LSU on a 6 win season, do they still have more NFL talent than us? Yes, easy to prove statistically. For the first time, even a 6 win A&M has a lot of talent.
How do I put this, one time Fran held a pro day for Jordan Pugh and a couple NFL teams were there for just one guy. Who went in the 5th? If I recall, it can never be as bad as Fran teams
We had like 10 guys graduating that year, and only one was draft worthy. How could I explain this to you lol

Go count 'em. And honestly - I do not care about what kid gets what check after they leave. But I've honestly seen more UK kids in the NFL highlights than A&M.
Again though, who really cares ? You're proving my point. Why frick around with the Ten Million dollar coach, until the talent you have can at least be reasonably corralled and coached to something better than the frickers from Lexington that ain't quite the frickers from Knoxville ... yet are banking ten win seasons ?
You're making the argument why LSU should fire The Mad Hatter. Go do that. Seriously ... you should fire Jimbo.
But don't go get the next Ten Million Dollar Coach. High priced coaches is not your problem.

You don’t think guys developing on the next level as Super Stars like Von Miller or Myles Garrett help us in recruiting? Wtf
Go look at our classes, for some reason, Kids come to A&M to play defense

Again ... who cares ?
The team is 1-3 in the conference. 3-4 on the year. After the best recruiting class since Ike was a corporal.
Man ... you just don't get it. And that I get. Its like listening to Kentucky Basketball fans.

He should promote Coley.

Watching Jimbo is like watching Les Miles. Les did so much well as a HC and had he only got of his on way on offense, who knows how many nattys he would have won.
With A&M's money, about 95% of the OCs in the football world would be in play if only Jimbo would . . . and he won't.

He might. If he does, I’d like Tom Herman.

Who would want to walk into that situation knowing it will be short term. Would think it would be a young up and coming coach with no family. May have problems like CEO did. Anyone established could see what was going on and knew he was on his way out
