Since when does Alabama have to worry about their coach leaving for a better program?

What's more of a sign of a program in decline:

Firing coaches mid-season or having a coach in the CFP move on because the pressure is enormous?

We beat them in 2008, but 2009 really got them and then of course 21-0.

Any program can frick themselves with one bad hire. Look at Arkansas Football right now. We did the same thing in basketball after Nolan. We hired Stan Heath because Frank Broyles said "If you fire a black head coach, you have to hire a black head coach." and then our basketball program sucked for like 15-20 years. Now we back to the top in basketball. Football though.... SMILE!

Are we going to have a new thread with this title every week until next season starts?

Coon asses have been posting about Bama’s demise for 6 years now. They have consistently kicked yalls arse over the past 15 years so I am not surprised. The obsession with Alabama and Ole Miss is interesting to see.

If anyone is well versed in experiencing demise and coaches leaving for greener pastures, it's LSU.
Who was the last lsu coach to not be fired and actually retire?
