Shouldn't Ole Miss be grateful for Kiffin instead of hating him?

Ole Miss went 4-8 and 5-7 in the 4 years prior to Kiffin. If you get any other guy, there's almost no chance it goes the way it went. I didn't become an LSU fan until 2011, but I remember people having an appreciation for Saban and at same time hated him.
There's literally 0 appreciation whatsoever for Kiffin from Ole Miss when there should be a tremendous amount.

Shouldn’t LSU be grateful for Brian Kelly instead of hating him?
LSU went 5-5 and 6-7 in the 2 years prior to Kelly.

LSU felt the same about Saban when he took the Bama job. Even though he won a championship, the LSU fan hate was real.

Weird comment. Brian Kelly isn’t the second most successful coach during his LSU stop.

Your wife gives you seven good years of marriage and you have two great kids, but then leaves you for someone else after seven years when you thought your marriage was as great as it has ever been.
I guess you'd really appreciate her, you rube cuck.

I hate LSU as much as bama these days...
But you have a very good point. The last time Ole Miss was as relevant as it's been the past 3 years was the early 1960s race riots.
I do feel that in 20 years Ole Miss will look a bit more fondly towards the Kiffin era despite the way it ended.

Well, he's nowhere near your worst. Probably in the top half.

Hopefully, Ole Miss will stomp a Mississippi mudhole into LSU.
Everyone will be supporting UM this weekend.

Wanna go back and count the threads about BK made by LSU posters versus threads about Kiffin started by OM posters?
Again you prove to be the absolute worst poster on the SECr

good years of marriage ... but then leaves you
THIS IS WHY
Answering the OP question.
This idiotic brain dead koreandawg is the perfect reason why they don't appreciate Lane.
They relate being a coach to a marriage.
A fricking marriage? Where you vow through sickness, health, rich, poor, till death.
It's a coaching job, not a marriage you dumb monkey's nutsac.
The contract literally had terms for leaving.
Hundreds of Div 1 coaches and 90% of them have or will go to another school. Most have been at multiple schools.

It is very simple OM still thinks they are a better market/Brand than LSU and they just can not get over the fact that he left for a better program/market. It will be a good game, Heck OM may even beat LSU. But LSU is still a better brand, better, program, and has a better ceiling than OM year end and year out. So let them have their hate and just creep back into mediocrity. That will happen. Heck I like OM I have always liked OM, but they will never have what LSU can produce.
