All i heard last year was how LSU was going to dominate Wisconsin and win by three scores. I member that Wisconsin would be lucky to get on the board against LSU's defense and there was no way Wisconsin could stop the likely Heisman trophy winning running back.

Yet LSU lost

Will this year be the same?

I think there is a bigger chance that the Mormons will convince all the corndogs to put down their booze and piss balloons and take up drinking milk and holding pom-poms than BYU winning

BYU is typically a team full of 22-24 year olds since many take a mission. They'll be a mature team with a tune up game under their belt, LSU better bring their A game

Last year BYU had 9 wins, beat Miss St, and came within 4 points from beating West Virginia and UCLA.

I'm a little worried I know that the offense could come out slow and Tanner mangum could really hurt our defense. I think we win but it might be ugly for a while

I think BYU is very dangerous actually, especially given they have a tune up game.

We all expected Miles to at least somewhat change the offense instead of trying to ram Fournette up the middle 3 times in a row and have Brandon Harris throw wildly. I am nervous about starting against BYU but the defense should keep the game out of reach for the Cougars.

You cant use Les Miles as an excuse. You coonasses have been trying to convince us for years that you had the second best HC in the SEC, and now that you fired him, he sucks?

Same with Chavis. Same with every coach that no longer is on your team.

Member Damien Craig was going to be a superstar and you stole him from Auburn! Where is he now?

Despite being on the field almost all game, and zero, I mean zero offense, we still almost beat them on the last drive. Kinda like the game against auburn. I think it's safe to say that this offense will be much improved, should move the ball and score TDs instead of FGs. Our defense shouldn't be on the field all day but even so we should have more depth at the same time. We'll see what happens.

I think you should be worried about Clemson though. Good luck

He was according to record the second best coach in the SEC, even with zero offense. This should tell you a little something about how good LSU could really be with an offense and great QB play.

Not so sure where you heard this, most fans I know respected Wisconsin. In some ways it did lead to Les getting fired however I wish we had the win.

Most of the LSU posters know the teams to respect and in my opinion most of our first games deserve respect. Go back and view LSU's first game the last 10 years and you will mostly ranked teams.
