Let's pretend for a second that Bama has a resume that was half as good as 2016 Ohio States...

Why would the committee repeat that mistake?

I think Georgia would have crushed them . So in my eyes they benefit by losing to Auburn , sitting at home and not winning a championship. Unlike every other team in the conversation. I can’t get past that.

Ohio State lost to Iowa. That’s their cross to bear.
Alabama wasn’t qualified to potentially lose a championship. They ducked a potential loss.
Nod to the team that actually competed.

And your obvious hate and envy for Bama makes you look stupid.

If Auburn or Florida or any other SEC team were in the same position, I would feel the same way. You guys are hilarious

In a perfect world, no but as everyone else said they opened that Pandora's box when they let tOSU in last season.

Fans didn't vote OSU in last year. Precedent was set by the committee.

This situation is not like last year.

And there is no such thing as precedent with this committee. The criteria seems to change yearly

It is very much like last season. A team that didn't make the championship game in their conference is vying to get in over a team that won their conference title. The only difference is that last year the teams were in the same division of the same conference and the one left out had beaten the one invited head-to-head.

Spot on. They'll put in whomever they want to put in and DNGAF what anyone has to say about it. In the end, if Bama had beaten Auburn or tOSU not gotten raped by Iowa State, it wouldn't matter. Whichever gets left out has nobody to blame but themselves.
