I had to look him up. His bio says he's 5 foot 4. That ain't 5 foot 4. OL/QBs in college are anywhere from 6 flat to 6'6. If he was 5' 4 he'd come up closer to their shoulders.
That dude looks like he's 5 feet flat with tennis shoes giving him an inch and a half.
