Reading comprehension is not difficult, it was clearly stated kiffin's camp reached out to espn, not the other way around

It doesn’t matter if the Kind of England arranged it, yall would be angry about it.

Of course Kiffin wants air time. The portal opens the day after this marquee playoff game in LSU’s backyard. It’s a brilliant move.

If you read the posted report, Kiffin reached out. ESPN isn’t receptive. Y’all are actively just not reading.

You also don’t object to LSU coaches helping your team win. My point is that the Ole Miss temper tantrum is pathetic.

What are you even talking about? What does any of that have to do with Kiffin needlessly being on a broadcast?

Your team wouldn’t be there without him. It’s not completely off the cuff that he be interviewed. My point is that Ole Miss fans cry about everything Lane related. You can’t pass up a chance to bleed all over the place every time his name is brought up.

He was just on it for the LSU game. What more is there to ask the man? He talked about the game already.

Yeah if only he lied to the players and snuck out in the middle of the night like Elko did at Duke, right?

I literally haven’t said anything other than why does he need to be on the broadcast? He’s said what he needed to at the LSU game, including talking about Ole Miss. Him reaching out is to talk about LSU during our playoff game. Y’all are so full of shite

Why does anyone being interviewed on a sports broadcast need to be on it? They don’t, it’s to fill time and draw a couple more eyes to the broadcast…. and Kiffin gets to keep his name in the cycle

It’s a sports entertainment broadcast, none of the fluff is “needed”

It's a free country and there will be plenty of LSU alums/boosters that have a box in the Super Dome and would love to host Lane. He'll hang out the entire first half and even take pictures with your friends and family for a cool $1 million donation to Tiger's NIL fund If he wants to sit in a box at a CFB Playoff game that's an hour and a half drive from his office he has every right to do that. He shouldn't be in the booth or down on field level though. Wouldn't be welcome on the OM side and Kirby wouldn't invite that kind of distraction to his sideline. They'd definitely put him on the jumbotron if he was and that's added motivation for the Rebs and would fire our fans up when the boos rang out. Lane would probably eat that up but even he isn't narcissistic and autistic enough to wander the opposition's sideline.... is he ?!!

The viewership for the Sugar Bowl is about 7x greater than the Texas bowl, and like it or not, Kiffin gets views.

You really think there’s no potential story here?

Apparently ESPN doesn’t, according to the report, as they aren’t receptive to the idea.

I think it's pretty clear LSU fans will defend everything Kiffin does unless, (in the words of that classy Louisiana felon that kept getting elected governor) "he's caught in bed with a dead girl or a live boy". .

So, as others are saying, Kiffin is doing this for attention. At our expense. Why am I meant to be okay with this?
