It wont be immediate, but when the sucking starts under Golding, theyll look back a lot more fondly.
Ya'll are delusional.
LSU fans hated Saban and he didn't even leave directly for Alabama.

He was just on the broadcast for LSU’s game. What more does he have to add?

Chambliss isn’t getting his waiver and Lacy is signing a 1.8 million dollar deal. He also announced a football camp being held in Oxford in a few months.

You can either get paid millions of dollars or expect people to be grateful when you do your job. Not both

Why wouldn’t he drive 87 miles down the road to watch the Sugar Bowl? This is the dumbest talking point yet.

He’s asking to be on the broadcast, not just watch the game.

Well, OM is only in the playoffs because of Kiffin so what’s the problem?

Lane literally thought Ole Miss would be cool with him taking the LSU job, taking his staff and trying to take our best players all while we had the playoffs in front of us. What’s funnier is LSU fans saying we are ungrateful for not allowing him to

Most fans would be if he didn't act like a whiny, narcissistic child since he said he was leaving. There was a way to do it, say hey, I'm leaving for what I think is a better job for me, but I'd love to continue to coach this team. If you don't want me to, I understand. When ole miss said no, move on to your new school and leave it at that. I have friends that are pretty die hard lsu fans and even they said he handled it poorly and just needs to not even discuss ole miss until the game next year.

If he snuck in? I’m not sure lane kiffin can take a shite right now without a beat report tweeting about it much less do anything involving football
Posted on 12/31/25 at 12:53 pm to Anand0925
He still loves Ole Miss and I don't fault him for that.
Posted on 12/31/25 at 12:54 pm to TMRebel
Bet you didn’t bitch about that when he was your coach.

Yall keep saying there was a way to leave ole miss that you would’ve been ok with and that is just flat out bullshite
There isn’t a scenario on earth where Kiffin chooses to leave yall for LSU that you would’ve be accepting of, not a scenario that involves him choosing to leave yall for here that would not involve yall hating him
But that’s how it should be

Pretty sure ESPN, not OM, dictates who can be on the broadcast.
Kiffin is the hottest coaching name in CFB right now, so from ESPN’s perspective, they’d be dumb not to give him some air time.
What difference does it make to OM? After all, Golding was the genius behind this season and the HC yall wanted all along anyway, right?

He was invited by the Governor of Louisiana to go. Why would he turn it down? Great press for Louisiana, LSU, etc. Some people need to get a FRICKING LIFE!!!! He gave OLE MISS their best days since the 1960's, and moved to a better PROGRAM!!!!

Reading comprehension is not difficult, it was clearly stated kiffin's camp reached out to espn, not the other way around.
I wouldn't blame espn for reaching out to him and would hope he'd say no let's make this game about the players and those programs. He's reaching out to get on tv to promote himself
Posted on 12/31/25 at 12:59 pm to Anand0925
He wants to watch his players that Ole Miss wouldn’t let him coach. Nothing to see here.

Correct. I wouldn’t have objected to the Ole Miss head coach being in the broadcast booth for an Ole Miss game. What’s your point?
