By the way how is Odom doing at UNLV? Maybe next year Odom might want to come back as the HC. I think that wouldn't be a good idea because many of you said Odom isn't a very good recruiter. That is a red flag at a program like Arkansas. Arkansas needs to hire a coach who is a very good recruiter.

When he got to Arkansas they were a doormat and he instantly made them competitive. But now a few years later they're back to being a doormat again. What gives?
He preached "hit harder". And that worked, for a bit. But kids get tired of "hit harder" when they're losing.
Phil Jackson had a thing where he really, really believed that he could only stay for about five years - because his message would go stale after. He was probably right. Because even Phil Jackson, as good as he was, could not sustain. He had to move on. Because he asked more than he built.
