I’m Mond’s defense, he had 1/10th the supporting cast as Burrow. As you know, typically qb’s get too much credit for wins and too much blame in losses. He’ll have a lot more help around him this year.

This has nothing to do with Mond. You started this thread to discuss Brennan being a statue. Like Burrow, he ran a spread offense all throughout high school and then was initially put into a pro-style offense under center. As a freshman, he had 9 carries for 6 yards, none of those runs being designed runs. This year, playing in an offense he's played his entire life and one he will be playing in moving forward, he had 9 carries for 41 yards on likely all designed run plays. No, he is not as mobile as Burrow, but he is far from a statue.

Probably not as worried as the Aggies are about Mond. Just check out the Aggie board comments about Mond. Not a lot of confidence in him is expressed there.

You know what makes it really easy for a quarterback to run? 5 wide set and everybody gets pulled down field. Brennan will have some chances to get some big runs.

You LSU baws sure do focus on the middling half of the division for some strange reason.

Lurking the Aggy board again, I see. Don't wear out the F5 key.

But it will be on the road and I expect the atmosphere to be pretty damn good.

With every passing day, I’m afraid the Death Valley atmosphere will be significantly calmer next season. The same for all other college stadiums. Taking away home field advantage for many schools can make for some interesting games and level playing fields.

Why in the ever living frick would a Bammer Man check the "Aggie board"?

ETA: I'll take "places I've never been for $100,000,000,000,000,0000,000.000,000 ALEX"

You LSU baws seem to frequent there.

Mond’s rushed for 1400 yds, 18 td’s and 4 yds a carry. And he’s just getting started.

And I'm assuming that's his 3yr career stats at a1m and he's just getting started?? Yeah, I think jimbo will be happy to get his own QB.

My hot take is that Mond gets benched week 8 when Ag is 5-3 but should be 7-1.

It’s interesting to see what other fans actually think about their team’ strengths and weaknesses. One gets a better perspective rather than only reading boasts, bluster and trolling on the SEC Rant. You can actually learn stuff about other teams that you don’t find on the Rant.

There are plenty of Aggies who seem to have doubts and reservations about Mond, for example. But if one only reads the Rant, you would think they have no doubts about him.

Jimbo gets criticized more on the Aggie board than what one sees on the Rant from Aggies posting here.

Tua got more criticism on the Bama board than one ever saw on the Rant from Bama fans and trolls.

And LSU posters on the Tiger Rant can be far more critical of the Tigers than what most Tiger posters post here.
