You couldn’t afford a basketball arena

Your stadium is half empty most games

This will be an interesting thread:

-For years, they’ve been saying they they wanted the game but Texas was too scared to play.*******eta. See posts below this one. It’s like clockwork

-This thread here, most , if not all, are saying no, but this is based mostly “because they don’t want to help them”. .

I don’t buy it. You either want to, or you don’t. Florida, Georgia, Kentucky and USC ain’t scared of their non conf rival. But for you The soup du jour is no. But we will see that every school is scared to play them in threads tomorrow.

Which is it? Pick one.

For years we’ve said any place any time

For years they’ve hidden and dodged us

Who cares

We only averaged just over 98k

Too bad our stadium holds almost 200k since we're struggling to fill half of it...

"They left," Dodds said of A&M, which left the Big 12 and joined the SEC in 2012. "They're the ones that decided not to play us. We get to decide when we play again. I think that's fair.

"If you did a survey of our fans about playing A&M, they don't want to. It's overwhelming. I know. I hear it. Our fans are important to us. I think there's got to be a period where things get different. I think there's too many hard feelings." - DeLoss Dodds (2013)

Asking about a date that we are already contracted to play someone else is still ducking us

I absolutely love these threads. The amount of sips that create an account on an SEC website to talk about aggy is always astonishing.

They are notorious for screwing us (well documented ie pics of calls, pics of BDF officials wearing UT gear, etc (again well documented).

He was a serious troll on TexAgs too, under the name JTaylor. The owner of TexAgs Brandon Jones even confirmed that the user JTaylor was the guy in the picture, the ref in the 2011 final game who made the bullshite personal foul cal that set up the last second field goal.

This is just one guy. Those motherfrickers own every ref in the big 12.

I would never play them with Big 12 (sip) refs....EVER.

nor would I ever agreed to have the games air or re-air on the Longhorn network.

Also, as a condition of renewing the series, I would require that the first 20 games be played at Kyle Field. That's to make up for the first part of the series where we never played in college station.

Also they would split the PUF with us equally.

Also, they would change their nickname from Longhorns to something else so we can put it back on our yearbook, like we did for 50 years until the mid 1940s when they hijacked the name.

Also...(long list of demands)

I am never going to be satisfied renewing the series. I want way too much in return.

Now hold on a second... Just a few posts ago we were told that past results don't matter because A&M used to be a small school that didn't care about football, which was the only logical reasoning behind the staggering difference in head-to-head results.

But now it's important to the point that Texas would need to play the first 20 games in Kyle Field?

Meh, alright. Texas has a winning record in that stadium anyway.
