Benched and soft AF. Hurts for depth but the other backup can’t be worse.

Think he got benched after a PI against Tennessee and hasn’t seen the field since.

The difference between the A&M game and the Georgia game is that Quinn turned the ball over on the opposite side of the field. We now have our game plan. Check mate bulldogs.

That's the only difference

I'm just glad we don't have to face a QB like Reed.

UTa is one of the few teams we haven’t had to worry about the QB running. We stack up much better that way. It’s the same with UTk. You are very similar teams.

Makes complete sense.

The regular season winner is 5-2 in SECCG rematches. UGA over Auburn in 2017 is one of the two.

In about 28 games of rematches CFB teams in the modern era the winner of the first game is, I think, 16-12…..about 57% of the time. A very slight advantage really. Not accounting for location of either game.

I think Texas wins pretty easily. I think UGA is closer to the team that lost to ole miss than the one that beat Texas. That said Kirby is pretty good at one game seasons…..UGA is in the playoff win or lose so UGA doesn’t have its back against the wall so not confident at all. Won’t be surprised either way.

Thanks for all the varied and interesting perspectives.

One thing is for sure; it should be a great game!

UGA is not consistent this year. But if the defense that showed up against Texas the last time shows up again, UGA will win regardless of what the offense can do. The offense played poorly last time against Texas, but the defense was so good it didn't matter.

If the UGA defense that played Bama or GT shows up, UGA's offense is going to need to show up in order to win. We can do that. We did it against Tech and came damn close to doing the same against Bama.

So confidence is a tough word to agree with. I'd say I think UGA wins 2/3rds of the potential matchups that could happen between the two teams. But that still means Texas wins one out of three.

ESPN's computer has it flipped.
